100 – 200 mt on sea level.
Harvest
We make extra virgin olive oil only from olives that come from our agricultural farm. Harvest starts in September.
Extraction
Extraction in our olive oil mill, immediately after harvest. Unfiltered. We suggest use it in a short time. The natural decantation can cause natural sediment at the bottom of the container.
Organoleptic characteristics
Medium fruity, with flavour of green olive, herbs and tomatoes. Spicy intense and bitterness balanced and persistent. Color green with golden shades
Bottling
We do it in own system, in the absence of oxygen.
