We make extra virgin olive oil only from olives that come from our farm. Harvest starts in late September.
Extraction occurs immediately after harvest, in our olive oil mill, followed by filtration and storage in still tank with nitrogen.
Fruity, with a pleasant fragrance of new-mown grass, artichokes and tomatoes. The marked spicy flavour blends with a delightful bitterness. Green intense color with golden shades.
We do it in own system, in the absence of oxygen.
