Altitude
100 – 200 mt on sea level.
Harvest
The olives come exclusively from our farm. Harvest from the end of September.
Extraction
Extraction occurs immediately after harvest, in our olive oil mill, followed by filtration and storage in still tank with nitrogen.
Organoleptic characteristics
Medium fruity rich in vegetable notes of artichoke, lettuce, white apple and sweet almond. Bitter and spicy present and persistent. Intense golden yellow color with green reflections.
Bottling
We do it in own system, in the absence of oxygen.
