Altitude
100 – 200 mt on sea level.
Harvest
We make extra virgin olive oil only from olives that come from our agricultural farm.
Extraction
Extraction occurs immediately after harvest, in our olive oil mill, followed by filtration and storage in still tank with nitrogen.
Organoleptic characteristics
Medium fruity, with light flavour and taste of herbs.
Bottling
We do it in own system, in the absence of oxygen.
